Taxi fares are set by prefectoral order, not by us. A regulated flat fare applies between Charles de Gaulle or Orly and Paris; everywhere else the meter applies. Your driver announces the amount before you set off.

How is the price of my ride calculated?
The price is fixed and shown before you confirm: a flat fare for airport and Disneyland transfers, a transparent per-kilometre rate for other journeys. No surprise supplements, ever.
Are your drivers professionals?
Yes. Vamo is a collective of licensed, fully insured private hire drivers, with partner Paris taxis for the taxi option. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, in a recent, well-kept car.
How do I pay?
You pay on board, at the end of the ride: cash or card with your driver. Nothing is charged when you book, and you pay exactly the fixed price you were quoted.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is flexible. The exact conditions are displayed before you confirm your booking.
Are your vehicles eco-friendly?
Yes: 100% of our fleet is hybrid or fully electric. Every ride across Paris and to the airports is made in a low-emission car, compliant with the Greater Paris low-emission zone.
What is provided on board?
Bottled water and sweets are offered on every ride, along with phone chargers (USB-C and Lightning) and onboard wifi. Child seats and boosters are available on request when you book.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes. Our drivers welcome international travellers in English, and customer service answers in English and French, including on WhatsApp.
